2. Services

Technology Nebula designs, assembles, and delivers custom-built PCs and related services, including consultations, upgrades, and aesthetic customization. All builds are configured based on the customer’s requests and confirmed specifications at the time of purchase.

3. Product Availability and Substitutions

We strive to source the exact components selected for each custom build. However, if a specific part becomes unavailable or is subject to significant supply chain delays, Technology Nebula reserves the right to substitute components with equal or superior quality and performance.
Substitutions will only be made when:

• The part is out of stock, discontinued, or delayed beyond reasonable timelines; or

• A better-value component can be provided without reducing system performance or compatibility.

In all cases, substitutions are made in the customer’s best interest, and we ensure equivalent or improved specifications. Customers will be notified if a substitution significantly alters performance, aesthetics, or price.

4. Payments

We accept payments through credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna. Payment must be received in full before any build or shipment begins.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our builds, all PC sales are final once assembly begins.
Returns are accepted only if:

• The product arrives damaged; or

• The delivered build does not match the agreed specifications.

Customers must report such issues within 14 days of delivery. Refunds or repairs will be processed after verification.

6. Shipping

Technology Nebula offers domestic and international shipping. Delivery times may vary based on region and availability. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes for international orders.

7. Warranty

All builds include a 1-year limited workmanship warranty covering assembly and configuration defects. Component warranties are governed by their respective manufacturers.

8. Consultations and Add-On Services

Consultations are billed as separate services and may include premium add-ons such as custom water cooling design, RGB layout planning, or performance tuning. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has occurred.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Technology Nebula and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Technology Nebula is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the personal use of our products. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question; including damages resulting from shipping

11. Changes to Terms

Technology Nebula reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
